不知道多少人買過歐舒丹的櫻花淡香水?! 又有多少人發現這瓶淡香水擺放一段時間以後會出現漂浮物?!
以下是我寄信給歐舒丹(加拿大)詢問的內容&結果

1/23晚上寄的信:
Dear Sir,

I purchased a bottle of Cherry Blossom EDT 100ml last year and only using it for many times (probably less than 10 times), but then I left it unuse for at least half year.
However, when I was trying to use it today, I find a lot of particles floating in the bottle.
This is very unusual as I did store it with EDTs from other brand (Anna Sui, The Body Shop...etc.) in a dry and no light environment in it's original package.

Is this normal? I really don't know what to do with this bottole as it has not been used many times.

內容大約是說我一年前買的櫻花淡香水(其實是08年買的)沒用幾次就收起來了, 今天拿出來用的時候發現一堆漂浮物。
不過我其他收藏在同樣地方的香水(安娜蘇、美體小舖等地買的)都沒有這些情況。
所以想問問這是正常的嗎, 還有該怎麼處理...

We have forwarded your inquiry to our Research and Development Team in France. They have confirmed that these are particles of the cherry extract (one of the key ingredients of this product). Since our fragrance is formulated with natural ingredients, it does happen sometimes that the micro particles agglomerate in the surface of the container. Please rest assured that this does not affect the quality of the scent of this product.
